Our mission
Laboratories lose test capacity to two things: instruments that go down and reagents that arrive late. We built MediSource to remove both. Every account gets a named account manager, a stocking plan tied to their real test volumes, and a service contract with guaranteed response windows.
We keep the catalogue deliberately narrow. Fewer platforms means our engineers carry the right spares, our specialists know the assays, and our warehouse holds the lots you actually consume.
